Prime Video has released its latest global weekly rankings of original films and series, with ‘Ride or Die’ emerging as the most-watched original series worldwide and ‘Masters of the Universe’ topping the original films chart for the week of July 20-26, 2026.
The rankings are based on the total number of Prime Video accounts worldwide that watched each title during the Monday-Sunday period, the streamer said in a media release.
In the overall films category, ‘Project Hail Mary’ secured the second spot, followed by ‘The Sheep Detectives’, ‘A Working Man’ and Spanish original ‘Boulevard’. The top 10 also included ‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War’, ‘Your Fault: London’, ‘Playdate’, ‘The Beekeeper’ and ‘The Wrecking Crew’.
Among original series, ‘Ride or Die’ was followed by ‘Elle’ and ‘Off Campus’, while Indian original ‘Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya’ ranked fourth globally.
The top 10 series list also featured South Korean original ‘See You at Work Tomorrow!’, ‘Clarkson’s Farm’, ‘The Boys’, ‘Reacher’, ‘Every Year After’ and ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’.
Prime Video said ‘Boulevard’ was the most-watched non-English original film worldwide during the week, ahead of Spain’s ‘Culpa Mia’, ‘Culpa Nuestra’ and ‘Culpa Tuya’.
The remaining titles in the non-English films Top 10 were ‘Vengeance/Venganza’, ‘No Place to be Single / Non è un Paese per Single’, ‘Tell Me Softly / Dímelo Bajito’, ‘Agent Zeta’, ‘Apocalypse Z: The Beginning of the End / Apocalipsis Z: El Principio del Fin’ and Germany’s ‘The Tank / Der Tiger’.
In the non-English series category, India’s ‘Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya’ led the rankings, followed by South Korea’s ‘See You at Work Tomorrow!’ and Germany’s ‘Maxton Hall—The World Between Us / Maxton Hall—Die Welt Zwischen Uns’.
Other titles in the top 10 included ‘LOL: Last One Laughing Poland’, India’s ‘Raakh’ and ‘
Amazon said the weekly charts are updated regularly with the latest Prime Video viewership data and are calculated using total worldwide Prime Video accounts that viewed a title during the reporting week.
It noted that the rankings differ from those displayed within the Prime Video app, which reflect a shorter time period and country-specific viewing trends, while television series rankings are based on accounts that watched any available season of a show.
