The much-awaited trailer of ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has finally been unveiled, offering a glimpse into what promises to be one of the biggest action spectacles of the year.
The film arrives as the follow-up to ‘Dhurandhar’, which had earlier emerged as a major box-office success and one of the biggest Hindi films, setting high expectations for the next chapter in the franchise.
According to IANS, the trailer showcases Ranveer Singh in a powerful return as Jaskirat Singh Rangi, appearing in two intense avatars Jaskirat and Hamza. Packed with high-energy action sequences, gripping confrontations and punchy dialogues, the preview hints at a larger and more ambitious cinematic canvas for the sequel.
The narrative also brings together a strong ensemble cast. R. Madhavan appears as the strategic mastermind Ajay Sanyal, while Arjun Rampal plays ISI Major Iqbal in a chilling role. Veteran actor Sanjay Dutt adds further intensity to the storyline with his portrayal of SP Chaudhary Aslam. The trailer suggests a layered revenge saga marked by dramatic character arcs, large-scale action and moments crafted to evoke strong audience reactions in theatres.
The tagline “Honsla. Eendhan. Badla.” hints at the emotional and action-driven journey that propels the story forward. With visually striking sequences and dramatic confrontations, the trailer positions the film as a high-octane spy-action drama mounted on a grand scale.
Presented by Jio Studios and produced by B62 Studios, the film is written, directed and produced by Aditya Dhar. The project is also produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar.
‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ will release in five languages — Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19, 2026, coinciding with the festive celebrations of Gudi Padwa and Ugadi, and ahead of Eid al-Fitr, as the makers prepare for a major global rollout in cinemas.
