Host Rajeev Khandelwal has been making a style statement with his unique fashion choices on ‘Tum Ho Naa-Ghar Ki Superstar’. Along with his tailored suits, it is his creative use of brooches and accessories inspired by Indian traditions that has caught viewers’ attention.
One of his most talked about looks featured a gajra-inspired brooch during veteran actress Aruna Irani’s appearance on the show. Traditionally worn in the hair, the gajra was transformed into a lapel accessory, giving his classic suit a modern touch while paying tribute to Indian culture.
According to a SET press release, Rajeev also experimented with meaningful accessories, including feather-inspired safety pin brooches symbolising freedom and resilience, an eye shaped statement brooch on an emerald green suit, and an oversized floral brooch paired with a monochrome outfit.
In another look, he creatively used a traditional bindi on his tie, blending heritage with contemporary fashion.
Adding to his distinctive style, Rajeev repurposed everyday women’s jewellery such as payals(ankle bracelet), ear cuffs, oxidised earrings as brooches and jacket details.
These thoughtful fashion choices reflected the show’s theme of celebrating women while giving each of his appearances a unique identity.
