Viacom18 has appointed Pushpendra Singh as Chief Product Officer (CPO)- Sports. Singh shared this information on his LinkedIn page.
He will be leading the company’s foray into the acquisition, broadcasting, and monetization of sports properties.
Sharing the news on Friday, Singh wrote, “Super stoked to announce my new stint as Chief Product Officer at Viacom 18 Sports. Singh joins Viacom18 from Fandawn, where he was a co-founder. He also worked with MX Player as VP, Head, Product Growth and Content Strategy.
Prior to MX Player, he worked with short format video app MX Takatak as VP, Head and music streaming company Gaana.com as AVP, Head of Products.
Singh is a product and business leader with diverse experience and strong expertise in areas like short videos, music and video streaming, e-commerce, product management and growth, content strategy, and mobile and internet platforms.
