Harshita Gaur has opened up about working with Divyenndu in Prime Video’s latest MX Original series ‘Waiting Hai’, which is now streaming for free on Prime Video.

According to a Prime Video press release from Mumbai today, ‘Waiting Hai’ is a quirky scam dramedy based on the common struggle of railway ticket bookings. The series follows Railway Constable Sugam Mishra, played by Divyenndu, who investigates a suspicious ticketing racket after noticing that tickets are being confirmed almost instantly while regular passengers remain waitlisted.

Harshita Gaur plays Princy, Sugam’s wife, who encourages him to look deeper into the ticketing racket. Talking about her character, Gaur described Princy as sweet and simple, but also someone who knows how to hold her power. She said the quality she relates to most is Princy’s emotional strength.

Talking about working with Divyenndu, Gaur said this was their first project together as a pair. She described the experience as ‘always fabulous’ and said the ease they had while performing their scenes would stay with her.

Gaur also recalled a conversation with Divyenndu and said she has always liked the quote in his Instagram bio, ‘Pain is temporary, film is forever.’

‘Waiting Hai’ is directed by National Award-winning filmmaker and Series Director Sameer Vidwans and produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Ajay Rai. The series stars Divyenndu and Bhuvan Arora in the lead, along with Harshita Gaur, Kumud Mishra, Vijay Maurya, Srushti Tare and Sunita Rajwar in pivotal roles.

Presented by Jio Studios and produced by Jar Pictures, ‘Waiting Hai’ is currently streaming for free on Prime Video and the MX Player Android app.
