Amazon Prime Video’s latest viewership rankings underline the growing global appeal of its original content, with ‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: Ghost War’ emerging as the platform’s most-watched Prime Original film worldwide for the week of May 25–31. On the series front, ‘Off Campus’ secured the top spot, reflecting strong audience engagement across international markets.
The latest rankings come as Amazon CEO Andy Jassy highlighted the continued growth of Prime Video during a recent shareholder Q&A session. Jassy noted that Prime Video remains a profitable and expanding business, driven by investments in original content, live sports programming, and strategic streaming partnerships.
According to Amazon’s global viewing data, Tom Clancy’s ‘Jack Ryan: Ghost War’ led the Prime Original films chart, followed by Indian original System, which also became the most-watched non-English Prime Original film globally during the week. Other titles featured in the top film rankings included ‘Crime 101’, ‘A Working Man’, ‘Mercy’, ‘My Fault: London’, and ‘The Wrecking Crew’.
Among television series, ‘Off Campus’ claimed the number one position, ahead of popular titles such as ‘The Boys’, ‘Citadel’, ‘Invincible’, and ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’. Germany’s ‘LOL: Last One Laughing Germany’ emerged as the most-watched non-English Prime Original series worldwide, highlighting the increasing demand for international content on the platform.
The non-English film rankings were led by India’s System, followed by Italian film ‘No Place to Be Single’. Spanish-language titles continued to dominate the category, with ‘Culpa Mia’, ‘Culpa Nuestra’, ‘Culpa Tuya’, ‘Agent Zeta’, and ‘Tell Me Softly’ all securing places in the top ten.
In the non-English series category, ‘LOL: Last One Laughing Germany’ topped the list, followed by Japanese series ‘Nippon Sangoku: The Three Nations of the Crimson Sun’ and Chilean drama ‘The House of the Spirits’. Indian originals ‘Matka King’ and ‘Exam’ also featured among the platform’s most-watched international series.
The rankings are based on the total number of Prime Video accounts worldwide that watched a title between May 25 and May 31. For television series, Amazon measures viewership across all available seasons of a show.
Prime Video continues to strengthen its position as a global entertainment destination by offering a wide range of original films, series, live sports, and partner content. The service is available across more than 240 countries and territories and features content from several major streaming partners alongside its own growing slate of originals.
The latest viewership figures reinforce Amazon’s broader content strategy as the company continues to invest heavily in premium entertainment, international originals, and franchise-driven storytelling to attract audiences worldwide.
