Lionsgate Play announced yesterday that the third season of ‘Power Book II: Ghost’ will be available to stream on the platform beginning June 2.
According to PTI, the upcoming season will find Tariq St.Patrick (Michail Rainey Jr) torn between forging his own identity and protecting his family.
”Daunted by his legacy, Tariq will uncover some new truths about his past while attempting to cement his future,” according to the official logline.
‘Power’ is a spin-off of the 2014 crime drama series. ‘Power Book III: Raising Kanan’ and ‘Power Book IV: Force’ are the other two spin-offs.
The original show centred on James St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick), an intelligent, smooth, but ruthless drug dealer known as ‘Ghost.’ He wants to get out of the criminal world and pursue legitimate business interests as a nightclub owner.
‘Power Book II: Ghost’ focuses on James’ son Tariq’s life.
