Planetcast Media Services, a leading provider of media services to over a billion people in India and Southeast Asia, has announced its strategic decision to add Desynova, a cloud-native content life cycle platform, to its suite of cloud-based services for the global media market.
Desynova’s solutions and services will enable Planetcast to expand its cloud-based content management capabilities, resulting in an industry-leading offering that incorporates the cutting-edge Contido Media Asset Management (MAM) system to drive flexibility and creativity for broadcasters across the content production and distribution chain.
As per a press release from Planetcast, the strategic portfolio shift follows the appointment of Sanjay Duda as the company’s new CEO, who is responsible for driving business momentum and global growth through best-in-class cloud media services and the company’s innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering.
Planetcast, one of India’s innovative technology companies, is fueling rapid growth in the media industry as global streaming consumption rises across platforms, devices, and geographies.
Planetcast will debut Desynova’s Contido platform at NAB Show 2023 in Las Vegas (April 15-19).
