Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, has announced the appointment of Jay Askinasi as its new Chief Revenue Officer, effective November 3, 2025. The newly created role is aimed at accelerating the company’s transformation into a next-generation media powerhouse through an integrated, data-driven monetization strategy.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Askinasi will oversee Paramount’s advertising sales organization, leading efforts to unify the company’s revenue operations across platforms and partnerships. His mandate includes leveraging analytics, product innovation, and ecosystem collaborations to drive the evolution of Paramount’s global advertising business.
Askinasi will also join David Ellison’s Executive Leadership Team, playing a key role in shaping Paramount’s long-term growth vision and expanding its commercial footprint across emerging digital markets.
Before joining Paramount, Askinasi held a senior leadership role at Roku, where he led Ad Sales and the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, including enterprise partnerships and platform monetization. His earlier experience includes serving as CEO of Publicis Media Exchange U.S., where he oversaw media investment strategy for leading global brands and drove monetization of the group’s Epsilon assets.
Prior to that, he led Agency & Platform Partnerships at AT&T and served as President of RUN, a pioneer in mobile programmatic advertising technology.
Askinasi’s appointment underscores Paramount’s intent to build an agile, tech-driven revenue ecosystem that aligns with the rapidly changing dynamics of global content consumption and advertising innovation.
