NODWIN Gaming has appointed Teemu Koski as the new CEO of its Middle East and North Africa (MENA) business. His appointment came into effect on July 1, 2026.
He will lead the company’s business, operations and growth plans across the region while reporting to Merlin Wiedeking, CEO of NODWIN Gaming International.
According to a NODWIN Gaming press release, Koski joined NODWIN Gaming in August 2025 as Chief Business Officer for MENA. Since then, he has helped the company expand its business in the region by building partnerships with publishers, brands, media companies and technology partners.
He also played an important role in growing NODWIN Gaming’s esports data business.Along with his new role as CEO, Koski will continue to lead NODWIN Gaming’s global data monetization business.
He will work with publishers, tournament organizers and business partners to increase the value of esports data and create new business opportunities.Before joining NODWIN Gaming, Koski worked at Elisa Corporation for more than 15 years.
During that time, he founded and led Elisa Esports, helping it become one of Europe’s leading esports businesses. Speaking about his new role, Koski said the MENA region offers huge opportunities for gaming, esports and youth entertainment.
He said his goal is to grow NODWIN Gaming’s business in the region by working closely with publishers, brands, creators, governments and technology partners.
Merlin Wiedeking said Koski has a strong understanding of the gaming industry and has built excellent relationships across the market. He added that MENA is an important region for NODWIN Gaming’s future growth and expressed confidence that Koski will help strengthen the company’s presence there.
NODWIN Gaming said the appointment is part of its strategy to expand its business in fast-growing international markets and strengthen its position in gaming, esports, live entertainment and youth culture.
