WPP Media has appointed Nidhi Puri as Senior Vice President, People Partner for South Asia, strengthening its regional leadership in talent strategy and organisational development. The agency group confirmed the development on February 24, 2026, as it continues to sharpen its focus on building a strong people-first culture across its operations.

The appointment was also shared through a LinkedIn post update, outlining Puri’s expanded responsibilities and her role in leading people strategy across the South Asia region. In her new position, she will spearhead talent transformation, organisational effectiveness, and culture-building initiatives aimed at supporting business growth and strengthening leadership alignment.

Puri brings extensive experience in human resources, business partnering, and talent management across multiple industries and geographies. She most recently served as Head of People Business Partnering (India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh) at CBRE, where she led strategic HR initiatives across key markets.

Prior to this, she held senior roles at Genpact as APAC Program Manager – Executive Referrals, and at Affiliated Computer Services as Project Manager – Chief of Staff Operations. She also worked with Hewitt Associates LLC as HR Advisor and Head HR for the Benefits Outsourcing Business. Her earlier career includes leadership and operational roles at HCLTech, Trisoft Systems Pvt Ltd, and Blue Dart, building a strong track record in HR strategy, resourcing, and operational excellence.
