Nidhhi Agerwal gears up for her upcoming venture in the digital world with the high-octane OTT thriller, ‘AKIDO – The Revenge Chapter One’.
Set to commence shooting next month, this marks Agerwal’s foray into the streaming entertainment realm, alongside producer Prerna Arora, known for her impactful and quality-driven cinematic narratives in Bollywood, PTI reported.
Arora’s previous ventures including ‘Pad Man,’ ‘Rustom,’ and ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ have solidified her reputation for storytelling prowess, drawing Agerwal to seize the opportunity to work on ‘AKIDO’ under Arora’s guidance.
Amidst a bustling schedule filled with significant Telugu and Tamil projects, Agerwal eagerly embraces this chance to break into the Hindi film industry and the streaming world, recognizing the potential of ‘AKIDO’ to catapult her to national prominence if successful.
In an interview, Agarwal expressed, “I couldn’t resist such a good script. It’s a film I would love to watch which is why when Prerna called me for this film, I instantly said yes. I will make dates for this film and I am also doing a film with Pawan Kalyan and one with Prabhas, two biggest names in Tollywood, with other projects in hand in Telugu and Tamil.”
