The event honored exceptional individuals across various fields who have made a significant societal impact through their dedication and perseverance.
The Mukta Sanman Awards recognized women whose efforts often go unnoticed, celebrating their unwavering commitment to driving positive change. Among this year’s distinguished awardees were Kiran Kumra, Dr. Renu Londhe, Nilofar Deshpande, Neha Palkar, Krishnai Ulekar, Kavita & Dnyaneshwari Ghalsasi, Saba Khan, Neelam Divekar, Zeenat Saiyed, and Mangal Shaha.
Additionally, the Lifetime Achievement Award was conferred upon Rohini Hatangdi for her extraordinary contributions to the arts and Veena Gavankar for her remarkable work in literature.
The event witnessed the presence of eminent personalities, with Aditi Tatkare, Maharashtra’s Minister for Women and Child Development, and Pankaja Munde, Minister for Environment and Climate Change, gracing the occasion as chief guests. Renowned figures including actress and social activist Chinmayee Sumeet, Joint Commissioner of Police Dr. Aswati Dorje, and celebrated actors Sayali Sanjeev, Megha Dhade, and Gashmeer Mahajani added to the evening’s grandeur.
The Mukta Sanman Awards aimed to spotlight real changemakers, highlighting their contributions in business, social work, arts, education, and more. The event was a testament to the unstoppable spirit of women who continue to break barriers and redefine success in their respective domains.
