Netflix is set to launch a groundbreaking documentary series, ‘Pop Star Academy: Katseye’, on August 21, 2024.
The series chronicles the year-long journey of 20 contestants from around the world as they compete to form KATSEYE, a unique global girl group created using KPOP methodologies.
Directed by award-winning filmmaker Nadia Hallgren, known for the Emmy® nominated documentary Becoming, the eight-episode series offers an unprecedented look into the rigorous training and development program by HYBE and Geffen Records.
Produced by HYBE, Interscope Films, and Boardwalk Pictures, ‘Pop Star Academy: Katseye promises to provide a compelling portrayal of the road to international stardom.
