Actors Anant Joshi and Nidhi Bisht are all set to return with the second season of ‘Mamla Legal Hai’, and the duo says the new installment brings even more fun, humour, and engaging character dynamics to the courtroom comedy.
According to a PTI report, both actors, who gained popularity for their roles as court manager Vishwas Pandey and lawyer Sujata Negi, respectively, had an enjoyable time revisiting their characters while exploring new layers in their journeys. The upcoming season dives deeper into their evolving relationships, while introducing a fresh set of quirky legal cases.
Streaming on Netflix from today, the new season continues to be set in the bustling Patparganj District Court, where chaos and comedy go hand in hand. The narrative builds on its signature blend of satire and slice-of-life storytelling, bringing in unusual cases and eccentric characters that add to the show’s appeal.
The courtroom is once again led by Ravi Kishan, who reprises his role as VD Tyagi, anchoring the madness with his commanding yet humorous presence. With a mix of returning favourites and new faces, the show aims to strike a balance between familiar charm and fresh storytelling.
Having struck a chord with audiences in its first season, ‘Mamla Legal Hai’ carved a niche for itself with its light-hearted take on the legal system. With the second season promising sharper humour and more entertaining situations, the makers are looking to build on that momentum and deliver a stronger, more engaging follow-up.
