Filmmaker Indrajit Lankesh’s upcoming film ‘Jai Hind, Jai Sindh: A Love Story’ is all set for a nationwide theatrical release in October 2026. The film will be released in four languages, aiming to connect with audiences across different regions of India.
According to an ANI report from Mumbai today, produced by Sammy Nanwani under Sammy’s Entertainment, the film tells an emotional story inspired by the journey of the Sindhi community. It explores themes of love, relationships, cultural identity and the challenges faced by people during the time of India’s Partition.
The film features a strong ensemble cast, including Mahesh Manjrekar, Jaya Prada, Zarina Wahab, Vikram Kochhar and Rahul Dev. The makers have brought together actors from different backgrounds to portray a story centred around emotions, heritage and human connections.
‘Jai Hind, Jai Sindh: A Love Story’ aims to showcase the rich culture and history of the Sindhi community while highlighting their contribution to India’s social and cultural fabric.
With its release in four languages, the film is expected to reach a wider audience across the country and bring its story of love, unity and heritage to viewers in different regions.
