Freshworks has announced a strategic multi-year partnership with McLaren Racing, becoming an official partner of the McLaren Formula 1 team.
The tie-up not only marks a high-profile global branding opportunity for the SaaS company but also brings its technology directly into McLaren’s racing operations, The Economic Times has reported.
As part of the collaboration, McLaren has adopted Freshworks’ IT service management software, Freshservice, to streamline its IT operations and enhance internal productivity.
According to the ET report, integration of Freshservice is already underway and is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the team’s complex technological ecosystem during the F1 season.
