Reliance Consumer Products’ Campa has secured a major IPL sponsorship deal worth nearly Rs. 200 crore, positioning itself against Coca-Cola’s Thums Up, The Economic Times has reported.
The early summer has boosted interest in advertising, with RCPL promoting its brands Spinner and RasKik Gluco Energy during the T20 league.
Combined ad revenue from IPL 2025 is expected to increase by 8-10 percent.
The ET report quoted an executive at a media buying agency saying last year’s deal with Thums Up was at about Rs 200 crore as well. The early onset of summer has further catalysed interest among companies selling summer products such as soft drinks.
