Hungama OTT has premiered its latest original crime thriller, ‘Rishton Ka Chakravyuh’, the series, headlined by Gulki Joshi in the lead role of Malti, also stars Navina Bole, Saqib Ayub, Shoib Nikash Shah, Rrahul Sudhir, and Rahhat Shah Kazmi.
Set against the contrasting backdrops of Indore’s narrow lanes and Mumbai’s dazzling cityscape, the series presents a twisted tale of love, betrayal, and vengeance.
It follows Malti, a timid housewife, whose attempt to free her imprisoned husband forces her into an extraordinary transformation. Taking on the disguise of a glamorous seductress, Malti enters a world of manipulation and danger. What begins as an act of sacrifice gradually spirals into a dark web of deceit, power, and fractured relationships.
Announcing the launch, Siddhartha Roy, CEO of Hungama Digital Media, said, “We are proud to present our latest show Rishton Ka Chakravyuh, a series that goes beyond crime and thriller. It’s a story of courage, resilience and empowerment. Led by Gulki Joshi with a powerful ensemble cast, the show brings to life a world of secrets, betrayal and survival in a way that is both gripping and unforgettable.”
Lead actor Gulki Joshi described Malti as a role that demanded both strength and vulnerability. “Her courage in the face of adversity makes her story unique. Malti’s choices are shaped by pain, loyalty, and determination to protect the husband she loves, even when it means breaking the rules,” she said.
Navina Bole, who plays Monika, called her character “intelligent, dramatic, and always one step ahead,” while Rrahul Sudhir said his role as Hasmukh took him into the dark world of ambition, mafia loyalties, and betrayal. Shoib Nikash Shah, portraying Ravi, described the character as a man caught in dilemmas shaped by choices and their consequences, while Saqib Ayub spoke about the layered arc of Hiren, a man navigating power and loyalty in the underworld. Rahhat Shah Kazmi added that his role as Mr. Roy allowed him to explore “the morally grey zone” with sharpness and unpredictability.
With its blend of crime, emotion, and psychological tension, ‘Rishton Ka Chakravyuh’ brings together a powerful cast and an evocative storyline, making it a significant addition to Hungama OTT’s content slate.
