Sony LIV announced that its acclaimed political drama series ‘Maharani’ will return with its fourth season on November 7, promising viewers a high-stakes narrative filled with intrigue, ambition, and power struggles.
According to a PTI report, the streaming platform revealed that the new season will showcase an even bolder and more fearless portrayal of its central character, Rani Bharti, played by Huma Qureshi. “Rani Bharti’s journey has always been about defying the odds, but this season, her ambition hits a whole new level. From homemaker to Chief Minister, she shook Bihar’s political ground,” the statement said.
The upcoming season continues to delve into the complex world of Bihar politics, where alliances shift, power is contested, and Rani Bharti’s leadership is tested at every turn. Known for blending sharp political commentary with compelling storytelling, ‘Maharani’ has consistently resonated with audiences for its portrayal of strength, strategy, and the personal costs of power.
Season four promises to intensify the drama, with new challenges, adversaries and a deeper exploration of the political landscape.
