Disney+ Hotstar is set to delight food enthusiasts as it announces the streaming of ‘McCain StarChef’ S2, commencing from May 15, 2024.
Following a successful debut on GOODTiMES, the culinary extravaganza returns with an expanded format, promising a delectable journey through India’s diverse culinary landscapes.
‘McCain StarChef’ S2 features five episodes, with four episodes dedicated to exploring the unique culinary traditions of different regions across India. This season also introduces a wildcard entry, adding an element of surprise and excitement to the competition. The panel of judges includes renowned chef Manish Mehrotra, alongside culinary experts Anahita Dhondy and Aditya Bal.
Samantha Dutta, Director of Sales and Marketing at McCain Foods India, expressed excitement about bringing the new season to audiences nationwide. She highlighted Season 2 as a celebration of culinary diversity, talent, and innovation, emphasizing the rich tapestry of India’s regional cuisines showcased in the competition.
To amplify engagement, McCain has launched an interactive Augmented Reality (AR) filter on Instagram, allowing users to immerse themselves in the excitement of the competition.
The partnership between McCain Foods India and Disney+ Hotstar ensures that this culinary spectacle reaches audiences nationwide, with the show available in both Hindi and English.
