History TV18 is set to premiere its new three-part miniseries, ‘Ancient Empires,’ starting September 1, 2024. The series will air on Sunday at 8:00 pm, bringing to life the stories of three iconic figures: Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, and Cleopatra.
‘Ancient Empires’ explores the rise and fall of these legendary leaders who reshaped the course of history through their conquests, political maneuvers, and personal ambitions. Each episode of the docu-drama focuses on the unique journeys, achievements, and downfalls of these historical figures.
Alexander the Great: The first episode takes viewers into the world of Alexander, the young Macedonian king who created one of the largest empires in history. The episode highlights his military genius, the challenges he faced, and the factors that led to his ultimate downfall.
Julius Caesar: The second episode covers Julius Caesar, Rome’s most renowned general and statesman, who played a pivotal role in the transition from the Roman Republic to the Roman Empire.
