Acclaimed director-choreographer Farah Khan has showered praise on Raveena Tandon’s latest courtroom drama ‘Patna Shuklla‘, produced by Arbaaz Khan.
The film, which premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on Friday, showcases Tandon in the role of lawyer Tanvi Shuklla, who embarks on a journey to seek justice for a student ensnared in a roll number scam, ANI reported.
While ‘Patna Shuklla’ has garnered mixed reviews from audiences, Farah Khan took to Instagram to commend the film, stating, “Congratulations @arbaazkhanofficial, it’s an enlightening watch.” Her endorsement adds to the growing buzz surrounding the courtroom thriller.
In addition to Raveena Tandon’s compelling portrayal, ‘Patna Shuklla’ also features the late actor Satish Kaushik in a pivotal role. The film recently held a special screening for the film fraternity in Mumbai, attended by notable personalities including Arbaaz Khan’s brother, Salman Khan.
Speaking to the media at the event, Salman Khan expressed deep admiration for Satish Kaushik, emphasizing the late actor’s professionalism and dedication to his craft. “Satish ji was very close to us… The most amazing thing is that he completed each of his projects he took on before his death,” Salman remarked, reflecting on Kaushik’s contributions to the film industry.
Directed by Vivek Budakoti, ‘Patna Shuklla’ promises a gripping narrative that delves into the complexities of the legal system while highlighting the impact of crimes on society. As audiences continue to engage with the film, Raveena Tandon’s stellar performance and the late Satish Kaushik’s memorable portrayal add layers of depth to this courtroom drama.
