WPP Media has elevated senior media professional Eeshita Ghosh to the role of Managing Partner.
The announcement was shared via a recent LinkedIn post, highlighting Ghosh’s extensive experience across leading media agencies and her continued growth within the WPP ecosystem.
Prior to this appointment, Ghosh served as Managing Partner and Office Head at WPP Media’s agency Motivator, where she was instrumental in driving business and strategic operations. Over the years, she has built a formidable career working with top-tier brands and agencies, starting out as an assistant media planner at MPG before moving to Mudra Max as Media Group Head. There, she handled key clients like Apollo Munich, Yamaha, and Akzonobel, along with planning responsibilities for Dabur India’s haircare portfolio.
Her professional journey includes pivotal roles at MediaCom as Business Director, where she collaborated with specialist units in OOH, internet, and event management. As a Client Leader at Maxus and later as General Manager at Wavemaker, she led media strategy and planning for ITC Foods, MAB, and ESPB across Bangalore and Chennai.
Known for her expertise in critical thinking, digital strategy, leadership, and business development, Ghosh brings a blend of analytical depth and creative insight to her new role. Her elevation signals WPP Media’s commitment to leveraging homegrown leadership to steer its media offerings into the next phase of growth.
