Comic Con India, the biggest pop culture festival in the country, is all set to make its grand debut in Kolkata on February 22-23, 2025, at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan. The much-anticipated event will bring together fans of comics, anime, gaming, and pop culture, promising an immersive experience filled with renowned artists, creators, live performances, and exclusive collectibles.

For the first time, Kolkata will witness a large-scale convention celebrating geek culture, featuring some of the most celebrated Indian and international comic book creators. John Layman, the New York Times bestselling author, and Bill Golliher, a well-known artist from Archie Comics, will be among the biggest attractions at the event, engaging fans in interactive sessions, autograph signings, and discussions about their creative journeys. Indian comic book publishers like Harsho Mohan Chattoraj, Chariot Comics, Holy Cow Entertainment, and Abhijeet Kini Studios will also be present, showcasing their work and interacting with the audience.
