Chrome DM celebrated the beginning of its 18th year with an exclusive evening in New Delhi, bringing together leaders from across the media, entertainment, advertising, technology and policy landscape.
Hosted by Pankaj Krishna, Founder and CEO, the celebration was held at the Taj Mahal, Mansingh Road, where an elegant rooftop setting set the tone for an evening that balanced reflection, gratitude and forward-looking dialogue.
According to a press release, the milestone event reflected Chrome DM’s long-standing role as a trusted knowledge and insights partner to India’s Media and Entertainment ecosystem. The gathering saw participation from senior executives, policymakers and long-time collaborators from across India and overseas, underlining the depth of relationships the organisation has built over nearly two decades.

Addressing the gathering, Pankaj Krishna reflected on Chrome DM’s journey and evolution over the years. He said that completing 18 years was a deeply humbling moment and noted that what began as a focused media analytics initiative has grown into a multi-vertical organisation delivering rigorous, implementable insights on a daily basis. He added that this growth has been made possible through sustained trust, collaboration and shared learning with partners and peers across the ecosystem.
As it enters its 18th year, Chrome DM continues to strengthen its integrated suite of verticals, including Chrome Broadcast & Media, COTT Digital, Chrome Digital Media and Chrome Brand Pulse. Together, these verticals are designed to decode audiences, platforms, content and brands in an increasingly convergent and complex media environment.
The celebration was also used as a platform to look ahead. In keeping with its future-facing approach, guests were invited to scan a QR code at the venue to access Chrome DM’s latest thought leadership white paper titled “From Linear to Logarithmic: Mapping India’s M&E Convergence, Measuring the True Cost of Digital Dominance and Defining Strategies for Linear Survival.” The report reflects the organisation’s ongoing focus on helping industry stakeholders navigate rapid shifts in consumption, platforms and monetisation.
The evening concluded with animated conversations, music and moments of nostalgia, capturing Chrome DM’s journey from a pioneer in media analytics to a comprehensive leader in research, intelligence and consumer insights. As it steps into adulthood as an organisation, Chrome DM signalled its intent to remain firmly focused on shaping the future of India’s media and entertainment industry.
