CCI fines Google Rs.13 bn for Android-related trade malpractices

India's competition regulator said on Thursday it has fined Alphabet Inc's Google Rs. 13.38 billion ($161.95 million/Rs. 1337.76 crore) for anti-competitive practices related to Android mobile devices.

Amazing and grim battle for survival. Guess it will end up in Supreme Court. All that NCLT asked Zee to do was to file a reply to Invesco petition for a EGM. Now this is getting too serious. So far Invesco has been hammered for demanding an EGM. What is Zee upto? Ofcourse my lawyer community knows better!
