BIG FM’s flagship show ‘BIG PRIDEntity’ is back for its third season, deepening its commitment to inclusivity, identity, and unapologetically bold storytelling. With a powerful lineup of LGBTQIA+ voices and fresh, interactive formats, Season 3 sets the tone for more honest, diverse, and impactful conversations around gender and self-expression.
After the resounding success of its first two seasons, ‘BIG PRIDEntity’ S3 brings 20 riveting episodes across radio and digital platforms. At its heart is RJ Rani, who has steered the show since its inception. This season, she returns to engage with voices like Sushant Divgikar, Rohit Verma, Ella D’ Verma, Paras Tomar, Aishwarya Rituparna Pradhan, Nayandeep Rakshit, and Daman Choudharry, among others. Each guest brings a deeply personal and reflective perspective, offering listeners insight into their struggles, breakthroughs, and moments of courage.
According to a press release, the show continues to serve as a space where identity is neither dramatized nor dismissed, but discussed with nuance and empathy. Whether speaking of societal acceptance or personal transformation, BIG PRIDEntity fosters a unique listening experience that invites reflection and understanding.
Sunil Kumaran, COO, BIG FM, shared, “At BIG FM, our philosophy of ‘Dhun Badal Ke Toh Dekho’ pushes us to engage with content that matters. With PRIDEntity Season 3, we’re not just telling stories — we’re offering a mirror to society, challenging biases and inspiring inclusive thought. This season is packed with voices that are courageous, unfiltered, and necessary.”
Expanding its canvas this year, BIG FM has also joined hands with Tiger Baby, the acclaimed film studio co-founded by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, for the documentary series In Transit, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Ayesha Sood, the series highlights the journeys of transgender and non-binary individuals including Patruni Chidananda Sastry, Aryan Somaiya, Saher Naaz, and others. In tandem, BIG FM will bring these narratives to life through exclusive radio conversations, amplifying voices that are often unheard.
The network has also launched a powerful new anthem for the season, echoing its message of identity, acceptance, and pride. The much-loved AAMA (Anonymously Ask Me Anything) segment returns, inviting listeners to anonymously ask questions that the guests candidly answer, making the dialogue even more honest and relatable.
Beyond the airwaves, ‘BIG PRIDEntity’ S3 will extend to on-ground and digital activations, reinforcing BIG FM’s mission to turn everyday conversations into meaningful cultural moments.
This season is not just about representation — it’s about transformation. And as RJ Rani continues to give voice to lived realities, ‘BIG PRIDEntity’ stands tall as one of India’s most thoughtful media initiatives in the space of gender and identity.
