After a successful theatrical run, Gujarati family drama ‘All The Best Pandya’ is all set to make its world digital premiere on ShemarooMe on June 19.

The heartwarming courtroom comedy, starring Malhar Thakar and Darshan Jariwala, explores the endearing and often unspoken complexities of a father-son relationship with a refreshing blend of humour and emotion.

In a release issued by ShemarooMe, the platform described the film as a “celebration of everyday chaos and quiet love,” that resonates with Indian families across generations. The story revolves around the relationship between Hasmukh Pandya (Darshan Jariwala), a principled and old-school father, and his free-spirited son Akshay Pandya (Malhar Thakar), who doesn’t always see eye-to-eye with him. Their constant disagreements — whether about careers, television remotes, or life choices — are depicted with warmth and wit. But when a crisis threatens the family’s honour, Akshay steps up, revealing the depth of his love and commitment, leading to a courtroom showdown that is equal parts entertaining and emotional.

The film also stars Vandana Pathak, Yukti Randeria and Vedish Jhaveri, and brings to life the silent bonds that often go unspoken in Indian families. The mother, played by Vandana Pathak, plays the familiar role of the peacemaker, reflecting what so many households witness every day — love expressed not in grand gestures but in everyday acts, concern hidden behind frustration, and strength forged in silence.

Speaking about the film’s digital debut, Malhar Thakar said, “All The Best Pandya is just one of those films that truly hits home for me! Growing up, my own father was my rock, always there, sometimes tough, but his love was undeniable. This movie perfectly captures all those real, sweet, and yes, sometimes wonderfully chaotic moments that truly define family life. It’s like looking into a mirror for so many of us.”

He added, “And now, with its World Digital Premiere on ShemarooMe, the fun banter of Akshay and Hasmukh Pandya, and that unbreakable father-son bond, can now reach straight into every living room. It’s a story that every family will see a part of themselves in. So, get ready to laugh, maybe shed a happy tear, and then definitely give your dad that extra tight hug!”

All The Best Pandya struck a chord with audiences during its theatrical release, becoming a sleeper hit and prompting conversations around generational gaps, father-son dynamics, and family values. With its ShemarooMe release, the film aims to extend its reach to families everywhere, just in time for a cosy family movie night.

Whether it’s a nostalgic trip down memory lane, a reminder to value the little things, or simply a slice-of-life entertainer with emotional depth, ‘All The Best Pandya’ promises to be a moving watch. The film starts streaming exclusively on ShemarooMe from June 19.
