Actor Arjun Rampal is set to headline an upcoming untitled film to be directed by writer-filmmaker Shailesh Verma. The project will mark the first collaboration between the actor and the director and is expected to bring a blend of emotional storytelling and social messaging to the big screen.
According to a PTI report, the film has been described by the makers as a family drama that combines entertainment with a meaningful narrative rooted in life’s simple values. The story aims to highlight the importance of strong family bonds, deep cultural roots and the relationships that shape people’s lives.
The makers said the film will focus on themes that resonate with audiences across generations, celebrating the essence of togetherness and the emotional strength that comes from close-knit families. While the title and additional details about the cast and storyline are yet to be announced, the project is being positioned as a heartfelt narrative with a strong social message.
The film is being produced by Paras Software and Entertainment in association with VEMO Multimedia Pvt Ltd. The production houses said the film is currently in development and will be mounted as a theatrical release.
According to the makers, the untitled project is slated to arrive in cinemas in August this year. With Arjun Rampal taking the lead and Shailesh Verma directing, the film is expected to bring together emotional storytelling and relatable themes aimed at connecting with a wide audience.
