Akash Vadera has joined JioStar as the Marketing Director for Tadka. In his new role, he will be responsible for promoting the brand, planning marketing campaigns, building brand partnerships, and helping Tadka reach more people across India.
According to his LinkedIn post, he has over eight years of experience in marketing and digital media. Before joining JioStar, he worked at Dream11 as brand marketing manager and social media lead, where he handled marketing campaigns and social media activities for one of India’s biggest fantasy sports platforms.
Tadka is a Jiohotstar’s premium micro-drama platform that’s built directly into the app. It delivers vertical, bite-sized stories with episodes typically running anywhere from 30 to 120 seconds.
Earlier, he had spent around three years at Jio as a digital marketing manager. During his career, he has also worked with Raymond consumer care and WebSmith Technologies, gaining experience in digital marketing, brand promotions, and customer engagement.
