Abundantia Entertainment and InVideo have announced a strategic partnership to launch an AI-driven film production studio, backed by an investment of Rs.100 crore ($11 million), in what the companies describe as India’s largest structured commitment to AI-led filmmaking so far.
According to a Variety report, the collaboration was unveiled at the India AI Film Festival held at Qutb Minar on the sidelines of the India AI Impact Summit 2026. The festival was hosted by InVideo and sponsored by Nvidia.
Under the partnership, the companies will develop and produce a slate of five AI-driven films over the next three years. The joint corpus will fund development and production, with the initiative operating through Abundantia’s artificial intelligence-focused division, aiON. The division will leverage InVideo’s generative video technology to reshape how films are conceptualised, developed and produced.
