‘The Legend of Hanuman’ Season 6 has emerged as one of India’s most-watched streaming originals of 2025, securing the #11 position in Ormax Media’s Top 50 Streaming Originals in India: The 2025 Story. The milestone underlines the growing mainstream acceptance of animated storytelling in a market traditionally led by live-action dramas and reality formats.

According to the Ormax Media report, Season 6 is the only animated series season to feature on the Top 50 list, a rare distinction in a landscape dominated by crime thrillers, family dramas and big-ticket franchise titles. Ormax Media’s annual rankings are based on independent, nationwide audience research that measures the actual number of individuals who watched a title, making it one of the most credible performance benchmarks in India’s OTT ecosystem.

With an estimated audience reach of 16.2 million viewers, ‘The Legend of Hanuman’ Season 6 finds itself in the company of some of the biggest streaming releases of the year.
