Prime Video has announced its upcoming original series ‘The Pyramid Scheme’, produced by The Viral Fever (TVF), one of India’s most popular creators of digital entertainment. The show, set to premiere on the streaming platform in 2026, brings together a compelling storyline with strong performances and creative vision.
According to a PTI report, the series is created by Shreyansh Pandey, who also serves as one of the directors alongside Ashish Shukla. Known for his acclaimed work in TVF’s storytelling universe, Pandey is expected to bring a mix of intensity and relatability to the narrative, while Shukla, whose credits include thrillers and dramas, adds his own edge to the project.
‘The Pyramid Scheme’ will star Paramvir Cheema, recognized for his performance in Black Warrant, along with versatile actor Ranvir Shorey in key roles. While the makers have not revealed further details about the plot, the casting hints at a story layered with intrigue and dramatic depth, combining Cheema’s rising presence with Shorey’s established acting prowess.
The collaboration between Prime Video and TVF comes at a time when the OTT giant continues to strengthen its slate of original Indian programming. With TVF’s track record of producing widely loved titles such as ‘Panchayat’, ‘Gullak’, and ‘Pitchers’, expectations are already building around what this partnership will deliver next.
The platform is expected to reveal more details about the storyline and supporting cast closer to the release date. For now, ‘The Pyramid Scheme’ adds another highly anticipated title to Prime Video’s expanding catalogue of Indian originals lined up for 2026.
