Karthik Subbaraj’s explosive action-drama, ‘Retro’, starring the ever-charismatic Suriya, is confirmed for a May Day release (May 1, 2025).

According to IANS, Suriya broke the news on social media, sharing a riveting poster where he wields a spiked metal club and dons an intense look. Captioned, “#Retro from May 1st,” the simple yet impactful announcement quickly gained traction.

Retro has been making waves since its announcement, but the release of its title teaser took fan enthusiasm to new heights.
