Actress Mrunal Thakur, widely acclaimed for her roles in ‘Sita Ramam’ and ‘Ghost Stories’, is set to star alongside Adivi Sesh in the upcoming action-drama Dacoit. The film, helmed by debutant director Shaneil Deo, promises an engaging mix of intense action and emotional storytelling.
Dacoit revolves around the story of an angry convict who embarks on a journey of revenge against his former girlfriend who betrayed him. The film, produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang, is being shot in both Hindi and Telugu, making it a bilingual project. Production has commenced in Hyderabad, with plans for an extensive schedule in Maharashtra.
In a departure from tradition, Adivi Sesh announced Mrunal Thakur as his co-star on his birthday, showcasing his admiration for her work.
