The much-anticipated sequel, ‘Khichdi 2’, featuring Supriya Pathak Kapur, JD Mehta, Vandana Pathak, Anang Desai, and Rajeev Mehta, is all set for its World Television Premiere on Zee Cinema on November 3 at 8 pm.

Directed and written by Aatish Kapadia and produced by Jamnadas Majethia, ‘Khichdi 2’ combines humor with an unexpected mission to protect the nation. Jamnadas Majethia shared, “Khichdi 2 is a celebration of family values—unity, love, and laughter. We wanted to bring some surprises this time, incorporating an adventurous twist while maintaining the signature humor fans adore.”
Actress Kirti Kulhari noted that the film showcases the unconditional love families share amidst their differences, and the comedic mishaps are paired with exciting surprises. Rajeev Mehta, who plays the beloved Praful, expressed his excitement over the new blend of comedy and adventure, noting that he’ll also portray another character, Shahenshah Kimam Khaketukh.
Supriya Pathak added, “The magic of Khichdi 2 lies in its authenticity; it mirrors the beautiful messiness of everyday life.” Anang Desai, who plays Babuji, highlighted the film’s classic humor and exciting storyline, promising more chaos and laughter.
