With a remarkable market share of 35.3 percent, the channel has outperformed its competitors and maintained a strong hold on its audience.
In direct comparison to other prominent news channels like Republic TV, Times Now, and India Today TV, CNN-News18 has clearly stood out, s press release from News18 stated.
Republic TV secured a 29.6 percent market share, while Times Now and India Today TV managed 23.5 percent and 6 percent, respectively.
Since BARC resumed ratings the English news category in March 2022, CNN-News18 has consistently displayed its dominance, securing the top spot with unwavering performance. Even during prime time, the channel has proven to be the viewers’ preferred choice.
