Tata Play has expanded its regional presence with the launch of ‘Telugu Classics’, a new value-added application.
The new service will offer a wide range of genres, including famous and celebrated films from the 1950s to the 1990s starring actors such as Chiranjeevi, NTR, ANR Balakrishna, Savitri, Krishna Kumari, and others. Along with movies, the service will feature hand-picked TV programs and songs from the past.
On weekends, viewers will be treated to a unique and exclusive segment called ‘Vendithera Vaelpulu,’ in which they will be able to see the biographies of Telugu film stars. The programming will also include short material such as best scenes and dialogues from iconic movies to keep viewers entertained in between films.
