Sudip Roy has been roped in by Zee Media Corporation to serve as cluster national head.
Zee Hindustan, Zee Rajasthan, Zee UPUK, Zee MPCG, Zee PHH, Zee DNH, Zee Salam and government business of all 14 channels are among the seven channels he will be in charge of.
He updated his LinkedIn profile with information on this.
Roy joins from TCM Sports, where he spent more than a year as executive vice president and revenue head for new business.
Roy was in charge of creating and implementing the revenue plans for TCM Sports’ new business verticals, including digital platforms, branded content opportunities in sports, new intellectual properties (IPs) and sporting events, and media partnerships with agencies and media owners.
In the past, Roy has also collaborated with ABP Network, Neo Sports Broadcast and Network18 Media & Investments.
