The second season of the easy-breezy series ‘Cubicles’, featuring Abhishek Chauhan, Nidhi Bisht, Arnav Bhasin and Shivankit Singh Parihar is set to premiere on Sony Liv on January 7.
The series is a narrative story of everything that drives corporate elves — relationships, personal life, workplace blues, new opportunities, and the challenges of changing equations in professional lives.
Set in Pune, TVF’s ‘Cubicles’ S2 tries to tell you that, even though every cubicle seems to be identical, with employees performing a similar type of job, every one of them is an individual with different aspirations and backgrounds.
Ashish Golwalkar, Head-Content, Sony Entertainment Television, SonyLIV, Sony Pictures Networks India, said, “SonyLIV believes in realistic storytelling. TVF has certified success in connecting across age demographics with their engaging and relatable stories. They successfully churn out content that speaks about very regular and mundane life events with a dash of colour.
“The success of the first season of Cubicles called for a season 2. Bringing a show like this cements our aim further of showcasing content that is relatable and homegrown,” Golwalkar added.
Directed by Chaitanya Kumbhakonum, ‘Cubicles’ S2 aptly captures the mundane 9-to-5 life of corporate employees.
