Disney-owned Star TV Network has elevated Bindu Nair as senior vice president (SVP) – Marketing, Nair said in her LinkedIn post.
Nair has been with Star TV for the last 2 years, beginning March 2019 as vice president (VP)- marketing. Before joining Star, she served Viacom18 Media as associate vice president- corporate strategy and data sciences.
She began her career with data, insights and consulting company Kantar as Project Director in 2000.
Nair brings more than 16 years of experience in marketing with disruptive communication, brand management, new product launches, budgeting and evaluating marketing profitability.
Nair has also worked at Star TV as assistant VP marketing in 2010 and later as a marketing specialist in 2012.
Prior to Star TV, she also worked with Virgin Mobile and Reliance Communications.
