ABP Network has revealed the findings of its final opinion poll survey for all the five states that go to polls in 2021— Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa, Punjab, and Manipur.
Conducted alongside research partner CVoter (Centre for Voting Opinion & Trends in Election Research), the opinion poll survey aims to provide a clearer picture of how the ballot game stands in the five states.
The ABP Network-CVoter survey, according to an official statement from the broadcaster, revealed that as per the public opinion, BJP is likely to retain their governments in Goa and Manipur. Where BJP is leading in UP with 41.3% vote share (241 to 249 seats), where Samajwadi Party stands second with 32.4% vote share (130 to 138 seats), followed by BSP with 14.7% vote share (15 to 19 seats).


According to the survey, Aam Aadmi Party is leading in Punjab with 35.9% vote share (49 to 55 seats), whereas INC stands second with 31.8% vote share (39 to 47 seats). Shiromani Akali Dal grabs the third spot with 22.5% vote share (17 to 25 seats).


As for Uttarakhand, BJP is leading with 44.6% vote share (42 to 46 seats), whereas INC stands second with 34% vote share (21 to 25 Seats). AAP grabs the third spot 14.7% vote share (0 to 4 seats).


In Manipur, BJP BJP is leading with 35.6% vote share (26 to 30 seats), whereas INC stands second with 34.5% vote share (21 to 25 Seats). Others grab the third spot with 21.3% vote share (1 to 5 seats).


In Goa, BJP is leading with 37.5% vote share (24 to 28 seats), followed by AAP with 22.8% vote share (3 to 7 Seats).


Detailing the methodology used of the survey, the ABP statement stated the C-Voter survey reached out to a total of approximately 98,000+ across 5 states. It was conducted through CATI (telephonic survey). The results are subject to a margin of error: +/- 3% and confidence: 95%.
