Curly Tales’ popular digital IP ‘Sunday Brunch’, hosted by Founder and Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani, is set to make its Netflix debut on October 4, 2026. The show will continue to stream on YouTube while also becoming available to audiences across 90 countries on Netflix, with a new episode releasing every Sunday at 12 pm.
Created by Fork Media Group, ‘Sunday Brunch’ has established itself as one of India’s popular digital IPs, having completed more than 300 episodes featuring leading names from entertainment, sports and popular culture. According to a press release, the upcoming season will feature 12 episodes and retain the format’s familiar mix of candid conversations, secret recipes, home tours and personal interactions.
Over the years, ‘Sunday Brunch’ has featured several prominent personalities, including Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone, along with sporting icons such as Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli. The IP has recorded more than 600 million views across platforms, further establishing its presence in India’s digital content ecosystem.
The move to Netflix also marks a significant step in the journey of the YouTube-originated format, which will now be distributed internationally across 90 countries. With this expansion, ‘Sunday Brunch’ becomes the second YouTube-originated show to receive global distribution on Netflix across the same 90-country footprint, following Samay Raina’s ‘India’s Got Latent’.
Speaking about the Netflix debut, Kamiya Jani, Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Curly Tales, said, “Sunday Brunch was always about sitting across the table, sharing a meal, and getting to know the person behind the celebrity. We never had to change the essence of the show to make it bigger. Sunday Brunch changed the digital landscape, and it is only fair that the show has finally got a global platform like Netflix to justify its popularity.”
Sammar Verma, Group CEO and Founder, Fork Media Group, said the company had envisioned YouTube as an OTT-like platform and consequently focused on structured, IP-led programming across its channels. He added that the move to Netflix reflects the company’s belief that high-quality content can find its audience on YouTube and eventually travel to larger platforms.
The latest season of ‘Sunday Brunch’ will premiere on October 4 at 12 pm, simultaneously continuing its run on YouTube and making its debut on Netflix for audiences across international markets.
