‘Rise & Fall Season 2’ is giving viewers a chance to influence the game even before its premiere with ‘Price For All’, an interactive pre-launch initiative that allows audiences to decide the starting value assigned to each contestant.

Under the initiative, viewers can vote to assign each contestant one of three values — Rs.4 lakh, Rs.3.5 lakh or Rs.75,000. The value selected through the audience vote will determine the contestant’s starting position in the game when Episode 1 begins.

According to the announcement, voting is open from September 20 to September 23 exclusively on the MX Player app. The initiative is designed to bring viewers into the game before the season officially begins, allowing them to influence an element of the contestants’ initial journey.

Amogh Dusad, Director and Head of AVOD Content, Prime Video India, said ‘Rise & Fall Season 2’ is taking the power dynamics of the show to a larger scale with the new initiative.

“MX Original Rise & Fall Season 2 is here, and this time, we’re taking the power play to an even bigger scale. The show has always been about power, strategy and the choices that shape the game, and with ‘Price For All’, we’re extending that dynamic to our audience even before the season begins,” Dusad said.

“For the first time ever in the OTT space, viewers will have the opportunity to influence where contestants begin their journey, making them part of the game from the very first move,” he added.

The second season features a mix of television personalities, political figures, creators and public personalities, including Shehzad Poonawalla, Gautam Gulati, Swara Bhasker, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Karan Patel, Tej Pratap Yadav, Manish Kashyap, Sara Gurpal, Kajal Sharda, Anish Bhatt, Raj Grover, Niharika Tiwari, Kaira, Siwet Tomar and Rudakova.

The season will be hosted by former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag, marking his streaming hosting debut. The 15 contestants will be divided into two groups — Rulers and Workers — with the Rulers staying in the Penthouse and the Workers based in the Basement.

The show will continue to revolve around power, strategy and the choices made by contestants as they navigate the contrasting environments and attempt to change their position in the game.

‘Rise & Fall Season 2’ will begin streaming for free from September 26 at 12 pm on Prime Video and the MX Player Android app, now identified as MX Player.
