Actors Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are set to feature in Conan O’Brien’s series ‘Conan O’Brien Must Go’s Season 3 that debuts on HBO Max on August 21 in the US.

As HBO Max has a tie up with JioHotstar in India, the series is likely to stream there for Indian viewers.

As part of Conan’s journey through India, according to a PTI report from New Delhi yesterday, the duo will join him for a conversation blended with his signature wit.

Filled with playful banter, cultural observations and plenty of laughs, the segment promises to offer audiences an entertaining glimpse into India through Conan’s unmistakable comedic lens, according to a press release.

Chadha and Fazal said the conversation they had with O’Brien was “unfiltered, spontaneous and filled with humour”.

“Conan O’Brien is quite simply a legend. We’ve admired his unique brand of humour for years, so getting to sit across from him and be a part of his India journey was surreal in the best way,” they said in a joint statement.

“We had an absolute blast filming it and can’t wait for audiences around the world to see this wonderfully chaotic exchange,” the statement added.

According to a HBO Max press statement, Season 3 of the Emmy-winning HBO Original series ‘Conan O’brien Must Go’ debuts August 21 on HBO and will be available to stream on HBO Max.

New episodes of the four-episode season will debut weekly on Fridays concluding with the season finale on September 11.

The logline of the series in which O’Brien visits four countries — India, The Netherlands, Morocco, and The Philippines — reads: in this riotously funny travel series, Conan O’Brien experiences local cultures and connects with fans he previously met on his podcast.

The series is produced by Conaco with executive producers being O’Brien and Jeff Ross.
