Actress Urmila Matondkar shared an emotional and memorable story about veteran actor and filmmaker Feroz Khan, who passed away in 2009, during an upcoming episode of ‘India’s Best Dancer’ Season 5 on Sony Entertainment Television.
According to a SET press release, Urmila appeared as a special guest on the show alongside judges Karisma Kapoor, Jaaved Jaaferi, Geeta Kapur and Terence Lewis. During the episode, contestants performed an act inspired by the climax of her 2001 film ‘Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya’, which brought back memories of the film for the actress.
Talking about the impact of the movie, Urmila recalled a special compliment she received from actor-producer Feroz Khan after he watched the film. She revealed that after the screening, Khan personally came up to her and said, ‘You made me cry girl, in the last scene, and I don’t like tears’.
