ZEE5 has unveiled the trailer of its upcoming Hindi Original series ‘Janaawar – The Beast Within’, a gritty crime drama set in the restless town of Chhand. Produced by Aarambh Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and directed by Shachindra Vats, the series stars Bhuvan Arora in the lead and is slated to premiere on September 26, 2025, exclusively on ZEE5.

The show also features Bhagwan Tiwari, Atul Kale, Vaibhav Yashvir, Eshika Dey, Vinod Suryavanshi, Amit Sharma, Badrul Islam and Deekshha Sonalkar Tham in key roles.

The trailer introduces audiences to Hemant Kumar (played by Arora), a dedicated cop caught in a chilling web of crime and secrets. A headless corpse, missing gold and a vanished man disturb the fragile peace of Chhand, pushing Hemant into a high-stakes investigation while also forcing him to confront systemic bias and his personal battles.

The narrative weaves together suspense and mythology, with the legend of the Gram Devta serving as a reminder that true identity is forged by courage, not by birth. Known in his town as “Chhand ka Milkha”, Hemant must navigate a maze of buried truths where every man carries a beast within — some succeed in taming it, others set it free.
