Zee Telugu is all set to launch its latest fiction offering, ‘Auto Vijayashanthi’, a heart-touching family drama that promises to take viewers on an emotional journey of love, sacrifice, and resilience. The show is scheduled to premiere on July 7 and will air every Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm.
According to a release shared by the channel, ‘Auto Vijayashanthi’ is centered around the strong emotional bonds within a family and the personal battles that define its members. The story opens with the untimely demise of Rajinikanth, portrayed by Ali Reza, who had selflessly raised his younger sisters. His death sets the stage for a compelling tale of courage and determination.
Vijayashanthi, played by Varshini, steps into her brother’s shoes and takes on the challenging role of an auto driver to support her family, while Durga (Sandra) sets out on a path of vengeance to bring those responsible for Rajinikanth’s death to justice. As the story unfolds, Chiranjeevi (Swaminathan), a man struggling with emotional wounds from a distant father and a lost mother, crosses paths with Vijayashanthi, further enriching the plot.
As per the Zee Telugu statement, the series will explore whether Vijayashanthi can shoulder her responsibilities, whether Chiranjeevi can win her heart, and what lengths Durga will go to for revenge. With multiple layers of drama, emotion, and action, ‘Auto Vijayashanthi’ aims to strike a chord with audiences across age groups.
Backed by a stellar cast including Swaminathan, Varshini, Ali Reza, Sandra, Sandya, Rajesh, Nihal, and Maharshi Raghava, the show is expected to be a standout addition to the channel’s primetime lineup.
