Zee Music Company has appointed Neha Malhotra as Senior Vice President – Marketing, marking her return to a leadership role in the music and content ecosystem at a time when the industry is rapidly evolving.
Announcing her move through a LinkedIn post, Malhotra wrote, “Back in the game. And this time, with intent,” signalling both a comeback and a renewed focus. She noted that the transition follows a phase of building and learning through entrepreneurship, which has helped shape a fresh perspective she now brings into this role.
Prior to joining Zee Music Company, Malhotra was associated with OneNative Content Studio as Partner, where she worked on developing content-led solutions and strategic brand initiatives. Her experience in blending storytelling with brand objectives is expected to align closely with the company’s evolving marketing direction.
She also spent several years at Saregama India Ltd., where she held multiple leadership roles across marketing. During her tenure, she contributed significantly to brand building and content strategy within the music business. Earlier in her career, Malhotra worked with OneNative Advertising Pvt Ltd, leading content strategy and brand solutions, and also had a stint at IN10 Media in a marketing role.
Her appointment comes as Zee Music Company continues to strengthen its marketing leadership, with a clear focus on supporting artists and driving deeper audience engagement. With the music landscape becoming increasingly digital and content-driven, Malhotra’s cross-functional experience across content, branding, and strategy is expected to play a key role in shaping the company’s next phase of growth.
